The copyright of all photos and video materials published at this website is owned by their authors.

Photos that are published at MOD website, signed in the following way: Name, Surname/Public Information Department MOD, Republic of Poland, may be used only for illustrating materials referring to activities of Polish Ministry of National Defence.

Any changes of the integrity of the photo including zooming or graphic processing are not allowed. Using photos from MOD website for commercial, including advertising and marketing purposes is not allowed.

Publication or the context of using the photo cannot damage good name of Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Poland as well as military and civilian personnel of Polish Armed Forces.

Meeting the above conditions does not mean automatically gaining agreement for publishing the image of the person in the photo. Before using such photo, obtaining proper permission is required, if the rules of law say so. In this case Ministry of National Defence does not hold responsibility for disseminating image by the person using the photo, both as far as this person is concerned and the person whose image has been illegally published.
