Bartłomiej Rafał Grabski is a civil servant and lawyer who is an Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of National Defence.

In 2007 he was Chairman of the Military Property Agency and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of National Defence. Then he worked in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland as Director of the Internal Audit and Supervision Office. From 2009 to 2010 Minister Grabski was a Counselor to the Head of the National Security Bureau.

Minister Grabski is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. In 2002 he graduated in Postgraduate European Integration Studies at the National School of Public Administration and École nationale d'administration. In 2004 Minister Grabski completed postgraduate studies in Financial and Management Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics.

On 1 December 2005 he was appointed as a civil servant.

He is married and has two children.
